Growth builds your digital twin and trains your team over 3 months. Twin Ops is ongoing managed operations — we actively run, optimize, and expand your twin month after month. Think of Growth as the build phase and Twin Ops as the operate-and-scale phase.
Do we need to complete Growth first?
Most Twin Ops clients start with Growth to build their initial digital twin, then transition to Twin Ops for ongoing management. However, if you already have AI systems in production, we can onboard directly to Twin Ops after an assessment.
What does a monthly optimization sprint look like?
Each month, we analyze your twin's performance data, identify bottlenecks and expansion opportunities, build new capabilities, and optimize existing workflows. You receive a sprint report with metrics, changes made, and recommendations for the next cycle.
What's included in the 4-hour SLA?
Any production issue with your digital twin gets acknowledged within 4 hours during business days. Critical issues (system down, data integrity) are escalated immediately. You also get a dedicated Slack channel for async communication with same-day response.
Can we scale up the custom module development?
The base Twin Ops tier includes 2 custom modules per month. If you need more, we offer add-on development sprints. Many clients find that 2 modules per month, compounded over time, rapidly expands their twin's capabilities.
What happens if we want to bring operations in-house?
Twin Ops is month-to-month after the initial 3-month period. When you're ready, we run a transition sprint — documenting operations, training your team, and handing off all runbooks. You own everything, same as every other tier.
What are the infrastructure costs?
AI model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), database hosting (Supabase, Postgres), and app hosting (Vercel, AWS) are billed separately to your own accounts. Typical costs range from $300–$3,000/month depending on usage. You control these accounts directly — no markup, no middleman.
