When you use our consultation system, we collect your name, email address, company name, and business information you provide. When you engage our services, we may also collect billing information processed securely through Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide consulting services, generate demo sites, create project proposals, process payments, and communicate with you about your engagement. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Consultation Data

Information shared during AI-assisted consultations is stored securely and used exclusively for generating proposals and demo sites for your business. Consultation transcripts may be reviewed by our team to improve service quality.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Supabase infrastructure with PostgreSQL databases, row-level security, SSL encryption, and automated backups. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS and at rest.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, Vercel for hosting, and OpenAI/Anthropic for AI-powered features. Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain authentication sessions for our admin portal. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies on our public-facing pages.

7. Data Retention

Consultation data is retained for 12 months after last activity. Active client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 6 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
