1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Affixed AI ("Company", "we", "our") for consulting services, accessing our demo sites, or using any services provided through affixed.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Affixed AI provides AI digital twin engineering, agentic interface development, demo site generation, and ongoing technical retainer services. Our services include AI-assisted code generation, deployment configuration, and system architecture design.
3. Consultations
Initial strategy consultations are conducted through our AI-assisted consultation system. Information you provide during consultations is used to generate proposals, demo sites, and project scopes. We treat all business information shared during consultations as confidential.
4. Demo Sites
Demo sites generated through our platform are previews of potential deliverables. They remain the property of Affixed AI until a paid engagement begins. Upon engagement, all custom code and configurations are transferred to the client.
5. AI-Generated Content
Our services use AI to generate code, copy, and system configurations. While we review AI-generated outputs for quality, clients should verify all generated content before deploying it in production environments. AI outputs are provided as-is with no guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose.
6. Payments and Billing
Payments are processed through Stripe. Consultation fees are one-time charges. Deployment packages are billed upon engagement. Retainer plans are billed monthly. You may cancel a retainer at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own all custom code, designs, and configurations created specifically for their project. Affixed AI retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and AI systems used in the development process.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affixed AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
