Two arms, one roof.

Arm 1 is the wedge — free audit, paid sprints, an in-house champion. Arm 2 is the build — a full agentic operating system installed in your Postgres and run from the interfaces your team already uses. Most clients enter through Arm 1 and graduate to Arm 2.

Process

From discovery to delivery in weeks, not months.

Step 01

Discovery Call

30-minute conversation to understand your business, pain points, and goals.

Step 02

Audit + Blueprint

We map your operations, identify the highest-ROI AI opportunity, and scope the engagement.

Step 03

Build + Deploy

Our pre-built infrastructure means production-ready systems in days — not months of custom development.

Step 04

Train + Transfer

Hands-on workshops with your team. You own the code, the data, and the knowledge to extend it.

Our Approach

How we deliver enterprise results without enterprise pricing.

Traditional firms start from scratch on every engagement — hiring teams, architecting systems, and billing you for every hour of discovery. We took a different approach.

The traditional model

Every client engagement starts at zero — new architecture, new integrations, new infrastructure

Teams of 5–10 billing $300–$500/hour for months of discovery and build

Generic recommendations that require another vendor to actually implement

You pay for their learning curve on every project

What we built instead

A proprietary AI integration platform with 1,000+ pre-built modules — agent orchestration, memory systems, multi-channel automation, and connectors to the tools you already use

Production-tested infrastructure that deploys in days, not months — because we built it once and refine it with every engagement

AI agents that don't just advise — they build, operate, and optimize your systems autonomously

One senior partner on every engagement. No junior staff learning on your dime

The result: you get systems that would cost $150K–$500K from a traditional firm — deployed faster, built on battle-tested infrastructure, and fully owned by you. Not because we charge less per hour, but because we've already built the hard parts.

Transparency

You own everything we build.

Across both arms, you own the code, the brain, the skills, and the infrastructure. You pay your own model + database + hosting costs directly — typically $300–$3,000/month — under your accounts. No SaaS, no per-seat, no vendor moat. Ever.

Venture Partnership

Zero cost. Full alignment.

We take on a limited number of venture partnerships each quarter. We build and operate the AI infrastructure for your business at zero upfront cost — in exchange for a 50/50 share of the revenue those systems generate.

What's included in the infrastructure costs I pay directly?

AI model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), database hosting (Supabase Postgres + pgvector), and app hosting (Vercel, AWS, or your own cloud). Typically $300–$3,000/month depending on agent volume. We set it up under your accounts — you have full visibility and control.

What does "revenue share" mean in the Venture Partnership?

We split revenue from new AI-powered business lines, products, or services that we build together. Existing revenue is yours.

Who owns the technology in a Venture Partnership?

You can buy out full ownership at any point via a predetermined buyout clause. Until then, we co-own what we build. In every other tier, you own the code, the brain, the skills — no SaaS, no per-seat, no vendor moat.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What's the difference between the two arms?

Arm 1 (AI Consulting & Audit) is the wedge. Free Agent Readiness Audit, paid sprints up to $15K, an in-house champion we co-build alongside. Arm 2 (Agentic OS Install) is the build. We install a full agentic operating system in your Postgres — multi-agent fleet, shared brain, RLS access control, Telegram + Slack + web interfaces — then embed for $5–15K/mo. Most clients enter through Arm 1 and graduate to Arm 2 once they see what's possible.

How fast does Arm 1 deliver?

The free Agent Readiness Audit is typically 3–5 business days to a written report. Single sprints run 2–4 weeks. The full advisory engagement runs 4–8 weeks with a trained champion at the end.

How fast does Arm 2 deliver?

Founder Team OS (1–5 person team, 3–15 agents) in 30 days. Department OS (5–15 person team, 15–40 agents) in 30–45 days. Company OS (15+ person team, 40+ agents cross-functional) in 60–90 days. Same pattern that runs our own portfolio companies.

Can I start with Arm 1 and upgrade to Arm 2?

That's the path most clients take. The audit and sprint sit at the top of the funnel for a reason — by the time we scope an install you already trust the work, and we already know your data, your team, and the workflows that matter.

What if my team isn't technical?

That's the norm. The agentic OS we install meets your team where they already work — Slack, Telegram, email digests, a web dashboard. Slash commands replace SQL. The in-house champion we train doesn't need to be an engineer; they need to be the person who actually understands your business.

Do you work with startups or only established businesses?

Both. Arm 1 (Consulting & Audit) fits any stage. Arm 2 (Agentic OS Install) is best for businesses with enough existing process to justify the install — typically post-PMF SMBs and mid-market. The Venture Partnership requires existing revenue or strong domain expertise.
