Agentic AI refers to autonomous AI systems that can plan, execute, and learn from multi-step tasks without human intervention at each step — managing complete business workflows independently.

What Is Agentic AI?

Agentic AI describes AI systems that act autonomously toward goals — planning their approach, executing actions across multiple tools and systems, evaluating results, and adjusting their strategy. Unlike chatbots (which respond to prompts) or copilots (which assist humans), agentic AI systems independently manage complete workflows.
